How to put your Ironman Triathlon Medal Photos and Swimming Cap ?

Instructions :- 

1. Open the frame take out the MDF, mount card, and plastic sheet

2. Use masking tape to tape down the photo, swimming cap, wrist bands and running bib

3. Use double sided tape to hold down the medal 

4. Once everything is taped down, take off the film on both sides of the sheet and put back into the frame along with the mount and MDF 

5. Once you are happy with the layout and the items as fixed nicely, put the clips on to hang on the wall

6. Your medal frame is ready to hang on the wall
